Well i think that I like having the ability to choose which 8-10 hours I am going to work each day, instead of having a manager tell me which hours I have to work. Although I need to earn a certain amount each month, I am not in this just for the money. Now don’t get me wrong, a six-figure income would be nice, but I am in this more for the flexibility that it allows for me.

if I didn't work where I do now. Also, it has given my family the freedom to fly as well. I flew my aunt out here in Colorado for the holidays. She's never seen 'live' snow (being from Florida). So it puts a smile on my face to know that I could do that for her, especially with the way the economy is now. I never thought I would be working for an airline, but there's potential for me to move into the Technology Department, where I want to be soon..

Nice article. Well i have also got some blog of my own. The story is really simple yet inspiring. This probably goes without saying, but I am very proud to say that I am able to earn a full-time income from blogging, and only look to expand on that as I move though 2009 and into the future.

I was (and still am) lucky enough to have turned what was once a hobby into a full-time paycheck. Of course, this took some time to achieve, it was not an overnight success, but more on that in the future.

Thanks for the nice story of your blogging journey. I used to blog a lot, and also write for those pet paid to blog websites. But I'm not doing that any more, I only blog once in a while, maybe once a week or so. I work full time by day so I only blog in some evening or sometimes at the weekend. The biggest motivation for me is to give information to other people. When I have some information that is not widely know, I often write to be read. I like people to read and love what I write. It boosts my ego :D
